Import into Quicken
In Quicken, use the file import for Web Connect (.QFX) files and choose the account to add the transactions to.
If Quicken refuses the bank
Quicken checks the bank ID inside the file. The converter writes 3000 by default; if your file is refused, open Settings below the download buttons, enter your bank's ID and download again.
Checked first
The opening balance plus every transaction must equal the closing balance printed on the statement, so a missing row shows up before it reaches your register.

Questions
- QFX or QIF for Quicken?
- QFX. Newer Quicken versions import bank transactions as QFX; QIF is still imported by tools like GnuCash and Moneydance.
- Is my statement stored?
- No. It is processed in memory and discarded when the conversion finishes.
