Which banks are supported?

The converter reads the statement's own columns rather than a fixed template per bank, so it works with most statements that print dates, amounts and balances in a table. If the balances do not match for your bank, write to support@relaystudio.org and we will look at the layout.

The PDF is processed in memory on servers in the EU and discarded when the conversion finishes. Transactions are not stored. Scans are read by Mistral AI, a provider based in the EU.

Why not copy the table yourself

Generic PDF-to-Excel tools see a table, not a statement. They split descriptions over two rows, drop the carried-forward lines between pages, and lose the sign when money out sits in its own column. The result looks complete. A balance check is the only way to know it is, and it runs on every conversion here.
